CR&S commissions a basic single-cylinder prototype road bike with a Rotaxair-cooled engine from Amedeo Castellani’s Raceco. Amedeo was an excellent bike tuner, and Italian naturalised in Britain, and specialising in preparing MotoGuzzi bikes. He was first contacted during the racing years.
