Roberto Pattoni becomes a partner in CR&S with the responsibility for the technical department.

Domenico Lavorata is employed for the assembly and testing.

The first prototype was completed in February and road and track tests immediately followed. The first results were extremely positive: the project satisfies the specifications laid out in full and needs only slight tweaking. Another two prototypes are designed and built with slightly different technical and aesthetic details.

The first bike made for sale bearing the CR&S brand is given the name “VUN” to establish its unique nature and Milanese roots (“VUN” in Milanese dialect means “one”).

The official debut of the CR&S  “VUN” took place in September at the most important European motorbike fair, Intermot, held in Munich.
